This policy explains what personal data the seller named above ("we") collects when you use this website and buy digital products, why, and what your rights are. What we collect - Your email address, when you buy or sign in. You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email; we do not store a password. - Your order records: what you bought, when, the amount and its payment status. - Messages you send us through the help form, and our replies. - Technical data needed to run the site securely, such as your IP address in server logs and rate-limit counters. We do not receive or store your card number. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Why we use it (legal basis) - To deliver your purchase, give you access to downloads and send receipts (performance of a contract). - To keep accounting records and meet tax and bookkeeping laws (legal obligation). - To answer your questions and prevent fraud or abuse (our legitimate interests and, for help requests, your request). We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling. We do not send marketing email. Who processes data for us - Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and sign-in; hosted in Frankfurt, Germany), Render (website hosting), Resend (sending receipts and sign-in emails). - AI services are used to help design our products. We do not send customer personal data to them. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; where they do, they rely on recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. Cookies We use only essential cookies, to keep you signed in and protect the site. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. How long we keep data - Order and payment records: for as long as accounting and tax law requires. - Help messages: until the matter is resolved and for a reasonable period afterwards. - Account data: until you delete your account. Your rights You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your data, and to object to certain processing. You can export your data and delete your account yourself on the Help page; deleting your account anonymises your email in our order records, which we must keep for accounting. You can also write to us at the contact email above. You have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in Denmark: Datatilsynet). Changes We may update this policy and will change the date of the update on this page.
