These terms apply when you buy digital products from the seller named above ("we") through this website. 1. What you buy You buy a licence to download and use a digital file (for example a printable planner, checklist, tracker or worksheet in PDF format). No physical item is shipped. The product page describes what is included, such as page counts and print sizes (A4 and US Letter). Products are designed with the help of AI tools and are reviewed before they are offered. 2. Prices and payment All prices are in US dollars (USD) and are shown on the product page. Payment is processed by Stripe. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. If your bank converts the amount to your own currency, its rates and fees apply. 3. Delivery After your payment is confirmed, the files are available in your account on this website. Sign in with the email address you used to buy. Download links are private and expire after a short time; open them again from your account for a fresh link. Please keep a copy of your files. 4. Your licence You may print and use the files for yourself, your household, or in your own classroom. You may not resell, share, republish, or distribute the files or their content, or use them to create products for sale. 5. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA and UK consumers) Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content that is delivered immediately, you lose this right once the download begins, but only if you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged this. Before you pay, you are asked to confirm this with a tick box. If you do not confirm, you cannot complete the purchase. 6. Problems with a product If a file does not open, is damaged, or does not match its description, contact us. We will fix or replace it, or refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights. See our refund policy. 7. Liability Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product. Our products are general-purpose templates and activity sheets, not professional medical, legal, financial or tax advice. 8. Changes and law We may change these terms for future purchases; the terms in force when you buy apply to your purchase. These terms are governed by the law of the country stated in the seller details above, without removing any mandatory consumer protection you have in your country of residence.
