How to use it

1. Two weeks before the party, fill in and send the family invitations. Choose a price limit or tick the no-cost compliment swap.
2. Collect the wish and favorites forms, then draw names onto the class roster to assign gift partners.
3. Use the prep checklist on the run-of-show page to print bingo cards, puzzles and coloring pages, and to print and cut the cards and tags.
4. Hand each volunteer their station card, then follow the timed schedule on the run-of-show page during the party.
5. Give K-2 students the K-2 puzzles and grades 3-5 the 3-5 puzzles. Volunteers check work with the answer key.
