How to use it

1. Download and print your preferred size (A4 or US Letter). Use the low-ink edition to save ink, and cardstock for the cards if you have it.
2. Have your child color the Morning, After-School and Bedtime scenes over the first three days.
3. Cut out the step cards and hang each routine's cards in order under its colored scene.
4. Use the Now and Next cards at every switch, and give a 5-more-minutes warning before changes.
5. Follow the two-week rollout guide to fade your reminders, and tick the weekly tracker together each day.
6. Fill in the caregiver handover sheet and give a copy to grandparents, sitters or co-parents.
7. Use the trace-and-match page and word search for quiet moments, and check the answers on the answer key page.
